This past Sunday I tried to not shake any hands at church. Not because I am anti-social but because the stomach bug hit our house the night before. Fortunately, I have managed to somehow avoid the bugs floating around. Take a few minutes and check on those in your circle. It just might be an opportunity to spread God’s love. There is nothing wrong with taking a pot of chicken noodle soup and dropping it at the front door.

FBC Sanger experienced the loss of two good men this weekend. Connie Mask and Carl Ray Higgs served God faithfully during their lifetime. They have now gone to their reward. I have heard some great stories about these men over the last few days. Carl Ray and Connie operated businesses here in Sanger for many years. They did more than sell prescriptions and tomatoes. They helped  whenever they saw need. I think to the parable of the sheep and goats. These two men were definitely sheep. Follow their example.
