Worship this past Sunday was amazing. Did you notice a new guitarist on the platform on Sunday? Make sure you tell Ty Flippin thank you for his service over the last year. This Sunday will be his last Sunday leading us in worship. Normally, we would make a big deal of saying thank you on his last day, but Ty has requested we keep the focus on the Resurrection. So, catch him after worship and say thank you.
On Easter Sunday, our crowd will likely be larger than normal. Make sure to leave seats on the end of the rows and towards the back for guests who might arrive just as the worship service begins. The choir will be singing in both services. This news comes directly from the choir members who agreed to help lead worship in both services. If you plan to attend the early service, the food team will make sure to have breakfast ready as you leave the Worship Center and head to your Connection Bible Study class. Just stop by and grab some breakfast on your way.
Make that extra effort to invite your friends, family and neighbors this week. We will talk about how Peter went from failure to leader of God’s work, through the work of Jesus, in His life. Join us Sunday and bring your friends with you!
