What a great night. Our Fall Festival was amazing. Thank you to John Guerra, our Recreation Committee and all who volunteered making this such a great event. I am not sure about the final numbers, but just from observation, we packed the house this past Sunday evening. Most attending came from the community. I, and many others, had the opportunity to greet our guests and spend time talking with them throughout the night. We were able to do this because so many members of FBC Sanger worked the games and Trunk or Treat.

Read that last sentence again. I believe the event was a great success because each of us took a job and did our job. Some of you “just passed out candy,” some “just ran a game” and some of us “just walked around talking with people.” The event was a success because each of us “just did our job.” The church thrives when each of us “just do our job.” Let’s keep “just doing our job” and change our society!
